Both lemon water and coconut water have been hailed for their health benefits. Tyler at ActiveBeat compares the two against one another to see how they stack up. Lemon water is a "so-called energy booster and detoxifying elixir [that] is usually sipped to flush toxins from the body," while coconut water also works as an "excellent fluid and electrolyte replacement."
